The Arctic is melting at alarming speed, fueling extreme weather and global instability. At COP27, Arctic Basecamp needed a way to break through the noise and make Arctic science central to climate discussions.

We created a name generator that let people rebrand themselves with climate-driven identities, highlighting risks from Arctic change. The launch, featuring activist Rainn Wilson renaming himself Rainfall Heat Wave Extreme Winter Wilson, went viral—drawing global attention and putting Arctic risk at the forefront of the climate agenda.
